Once a year baseball players from across the country and globe flock to the desert town of Palm Springs, CA to join something called the California Winter League.

This pay to play league runs for one month and offers what might be the last chance most of these young athletes, who were never quite good enough to play in the pros, a chance to show their stuff in front of a handful of scouts in hopes they might get another shot at making their dreams reality.
